The property was cleaned and neat, location was good, however the stoves was old so slow for cooking

Awesome view

The house had everything we needed & the view was spectacular. What was very disappointing was that the veranda roof had holes in it and leaked onto the patio furniture. As there was a lot of rain during our stay we were on the veranda and under the leaking roof.

Straddle Paradise

Magnificent views. The house has everything you could need. The outdoor area was amazing. Kate, the host, was wonderful to deal with. The ONLY thing I found unusual was having to book and pay if you need a blanket. I think that the extra charge for a blanket should be covered in the cost not an additional cost

Beautiful property and beautiful hosts!

Gorgeous location, and wonderful property. Very clean and comfy stay by a big group of friends. Hosts are amazing - incredibly informative and helpful, couldn't ask for more. Very happy to recommend!

Perfect time away

Couldnt have been happier with the stay. The place was fully equipped and we managed to keep entertained even though it rained the whole time. Great communication and attention to details. The whole family had a blast!

A fantastic house in a great location with amazing views. The host was great to work with and provided excellent support and communication to make our holiday extra special. Would go here again.

Comfortable place with spectacular views.

The property has spectacular views & is easily accessible for a very elderly parent/grandparent. The kitchen was basic with a broken crisper which may not bother some folks but I like cooking with heaps of fresh vegetables, so it was annoying. Other than that a very comfort place to stay.

Awesome sunsets!

A group of 3 couples. Plenty of room. Huge backyard with firepit and amazing views. Easily accessible to everything on the island but the position of the house, and size of the block, made it feel like we had the island to ourselves.

Amazing outlook!

Fantastic property to stay in due to breathtaking views and spaciousness of outdoor area. Loved sitting out there in the afternoon/evening and enjoying the morning view with a coffee!

Sunset at straddie

We had a fantastic time. The view is better than any picture. Space for everyone to relax. Ad pretty close to accurate, beds one less made up then then advertised, but enough made up for number of people. We were happy to share. Kate was fantastic, sent through heaps of information about the property and things to do while on the island. We had a blast will definitely go again.. Rain, Hail or Shine

I had booked a weekend away at this property and it did not disappoint even through the rain events, the property was comforting through the crazy weather! Everyone loved the view and enjoyed their stay.

Amazing house with amazing views

Well-equipped house with everything you need while away from home. The views are just as amazing as they look in the pictures. Only a short drive to the main town and the barge. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Spectacular views !

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful property. House was very clean and so well equipped. Beds so comfortable and very cold air conditioning. Views were amazing and spectacular sunsets. Kate was a fantastic host. Thank you for having us stay.

Sunset view on Straddie

Definitely the best holiday house we have stayed in and although we are "campers" we have stayed in a lot of different houses both here and overseas. Everything was perfect for our needs. Comfortable house and comfy beds. Great outdoors area with the fire place the final touch. As campers a fire and marshmallows are a must.

Large group holiday

This house was easy to find and had ample parking. It was spacious for our 11 person group. The view and outdoor living made a very enjoyable and restful time. Great additions like multi power outlets, coffee machine, multiple TVs and foxtel.
