From the moment we arrived, the **spacious 6,000 sq ft layout** blew us away—there was more than enough room for our group of 10 to spread out comfortably. The **5 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms** made mornings hassle-free, and the **new renovations** gave the home a fresh, welcoming vibe. **Highlights:** 🔥 **BBQ Ready**: We grilled fresh Alaskan salmon on the patio while soaking in the serene, **pristine natural surroundings**—pure bliss! 🐾 **Pet-Friendly**: Our furry friend loved exploring the yard, and the small pet fee was totally worth it for the convenience. 🌌 **Aurora Borealis Magic**: Soaking in the outdoor tub under the dancing northern lights was a *bucket-list experience*! (And yes, the midnight sun in summer is just as surreal!) **Location Goldmine**: - Minutes from **Birch Hill** for epic skiing/snowboarding. - A short drive to the fascinating **Museum of the North**. - An easy day trip to **Denali National Park** (pack binoculars for wildlife spotting!). Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

We stayed 5 days and our family of 5 made alot of great memories at this home. Stayed in alot of vrbo and this home is right on point for the nightly rate. If your looking for fancy this isnt it as the bathrooms are outdated. That didnt bother us as they were functional. The beds were all acceptable with plenty of linens. The keurig is ancient so bring your own if thats you otherwise they have a drip there. The pictures on the site are outdated and the upgrades were much nicer. You practically get the beach to yourself on weekdays and the loungers on the deck overlooking the shoreline were what I miss the most. This place will be remembered and if I were back in the area I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful home and property. Close to town but country environment. Pleasant owners and easy to work with. We will use this listing when we come to Fairbanks always.
