The covered veranda, which faces north, is easily accessible from the cozy living area, offering the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with a servery window, perfect for entertaining.
* Open plan living space features Hisense Smart TV, UE BOOM Bluetooth system, books, ceiling fans.
* Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, pantry basics and large servery window with serene bay views.
* Large front facing covered balcony with Gas BBQ and outdoor seating for 6.
* Ceiling fans in living area and bedrooms, along with electric heating.
* Other features include WIFI, dining area seats 6, outdoor shower, and off-street parking for 1 car.
* Full internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
