Incredible experience

The host was incredibly kind and responsive when we reached out. The location is perfect, central to all things LR yet in a serene, quiet setting. The condo is spacious, clean and cozy. Everything we could have possibly needed was available. My husband used the fitness center while I enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back often.

A month stay

The condo is exactly as described and, as per previous reviews we read, was extremely clean, TONS of supplies for cooking/cleaning, beach toys and chairs, all furniture in condo was super comfy. Kathy had thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable/comfortable. She responded almost immediately to any questions we had before and during our stay. Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect!

This condo was just perfect for 2 seniors trying out the “snow bird lifestyle”. 2 beds, 2 full baths, 2 big walkin closets, washer/dryer, galley kitchen, living/dining room area. First floor so no stairs, screened in porch facing the lake and fountains and a short walk to a beautiful heated pool. We had a little trouble with our internet connection and Kathy was right on top of things dealing with Frontier. We couldn’t have a better experience!

Comfortable and Quiet

Extremely happy with our stay! It was nice to have a place to relax between the games of a nearby tournament that our daughter participated in. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thankful we found this place!

Great stay!

Enjoyed the location, it was close to great shopping and restaurants and felt very safe. Perfect for our small family and we felt very much at home. The pool was great to escape from the heat!

Didn't want to leave!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakewood Ranch condo. Kathy was extremely helpful during the inquiry and booking process. She was very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and just as pictured in the ad. We enjoyed walking around the lake and seeing the wildlife. The pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the closets were awesome. I would most definitely stay at this property again. Thank you Kathy for everything!!!!

Great Location, Clean, Well Stocked

My wife and I stayed for 35 nites in Feb/Mar. It was a great location near lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. It was less than 20 miles to Siesta Key Beach but with snowbird traffic, it usually took 45 minutes to an hour to get there. The place was well stocked, but with us staying for 5 weeks, we had to buy additional supplies like paper towels, TP, cleaning supplies, etc. The pool was beautiful, one of the nicest we've seen at a condo, but unfortunately the heater was broken until the last few days of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the complex was quiet. It probably could use the attention of a handyman for a day for little things like a loose towel bar, broken stove clock, caulking, etc., but that's getting a little picky. We talked about that if we owned it, we would update the family room furniture and the appliances (we would need the freezer to have an icemaker if we lived in Florida, LOL). But if we rented it out as a VRBO, we probably wouldn't change much, either. If I could give it a true rating, I'd probably give it a 4.5, but I gave it a 5 because I don't think a 4 gives it enough credit for all the really good things it had. The best compliment I would give it is that we would definitely stay there again, and in fact, our very cooperative host allowed us to stay an extra two days when our plans changed.

Great property! Location was perfect and local amenities are easy to get to. Property itself was clean and spacious. We didn’t take advantage of the local pool but great to know it’s there. Property owner was great with updates and should we have had any issues, we know we would have been well looked after,

Relaxing and tidy

The host thought of everything to make the stay pleasant. A box with take out menus, a hairdryer, adequate paper products, a keurig coffee machine, an abundance of bath towels, soft lighting, detailed instructions for checking in and out and to make guests aware of the rules for the property. Surrounding area boasts a great Publix, Walgreens and an incredible Italian restaurant "Cassariano" all within a 60 second car trip. I will definitely book again. The host and property were excellent!

Charming place for our Holiday visit

The property was exactly as described. Close to everything it was nicely furnished and very clean, safe neighborhood right by a lake, and super comfy beds. What’s not to like? The owner was very responsive and kind enough to let us check in early which we were very grateful for.
