The Space:
Set along a peaceful canal, this waterfront home offers a serene escape with stunning sunset views. Enter via a private verandah that opens into an open-plan living and dining area, framed by calming water views and tiled for a cool, modern finish. The living space invites you to unwind in comfort, flowing seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and thoughtful touches for easy, at-home meals.
Step outside to enjoy your very own pontoonâperfect for launching kayaks or casting a fishing line. For a unique local treat, watch for the floating coffee van that regularly cruises the canal, delivering hot lattes and more right to your pontoon.
The bedrooms are quietly positioned, with the primary featuring a queen bed, wall-hung TV, ceiling fan, ensuite, walk-in robe, and tranquil views of the central atrium. The additional bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, with one offering a single/trundle and the other set with a queen. A well-appointed main bathroom and internal laundry add to the convenience.
Extras like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and off-street parking make your stay effortless.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Tradewinds Drive, Banksia Beach. Located less than 1000m (by boat) from the entrance to the Pumicestone Passage makes it the ideal holiday choice for those who love a spot of fishing or other recreational activities involving water, only 150m to the bowls club for a bite to eat or a game of bowls, 500m to the shopping centre and 850m from the foreshore, it doesn't get much better than this.
Bribie Island offers popular boating and fishing, great 4wding, birdwatching, National Park and surf beaches. A museum, art gallery, adventure tours, cruises, walk tails, freshwater lagoon, markets, playgrounds, equipment and boat hire. World War 11 sites to visit. Golf clubs, bowls club, RSL and multiple restaurants and cafes.
If food and relaxation are more your thing, the property is only a short drive to the Sandstone Point Hotel. They serve amazing meals in outstanding surrounds. Our property is also a short walk to the Pacific Harbour Golf Club, offering fantastic food and casual gym membership.
Getting Around:
The property is within easy walking distance to local shops, bowls, tennis clubs and only a few minutes drive from the Arts Centre, and main shopping centre.
Other Things to Note:
Security Cameras are located outside the property only.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
