The Home
Spacious & Light-Filled Living: Every room in the house has stunning lake views, allowing you to unwind while enjoying nature. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy the local birdlife from the comfort of your home.

Modern Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen features a Smeg Portofino 90cm gas cooker and oven, perfect for preparing meals. The kitchen also opens to a bar table with views over the pond — ideal for evening drinks.

Multiple Decks: The lakeside deck is fully covered and features a BBQ, bar fridge, and outdoor dining area, making it perfect for relaxing with drinks and meals while soaking in the view.

There are three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite (top level)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ensuite (mid level)

Bedroom 3: Two single beds with adjoining bathroom (bottom level)

Entertainment & Comfort: TVs in all bedrooms and the main living area, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. Enjoy the pool table and unwind in the sauna after a day of outdoor activities.

Additional Amenities: Miele washer and dryer for convenience, off-street parking for 5 vehicles or boats, and seasonal access to the herb garden.

Security / Damage Deposit: A refundable security / damage deposit of $2000 is required prior to your stay.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.

Noise Policy: This is a quiet residential area. Excess noise or guests may result in immediate removal with no refund.

Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Strict No Party Policy: No parties, weddings, schoolies, or large group bookings.
