Welcome to your perfect Cape Cod getaway! Nestled on a quaint, tree-lined street, this beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8.
Step inside to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a coffee bar, and a breakfast barâideal for morning coffee and planning your day. The adjoining living room offers two sitting areas, including a large sectional and cozy chairs, plus a big-screen TV for entertainment.
The dining room features a large table perfect for meals with family and friends. The sunroom is a standout space, with another dining area, plenty of seating, and views of the lush, grassy backyardâperfect for relaxing or enjoying a cocktail.
On the first floor, youâll find two comfortable bedrooms: one with a twin and full bed and TV, and the other with a queen bed and TV. A full bathroom with a shower sits conveniently between them. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: one with two twin beds and TV, and a spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed and TV. A shared hall bathroom features a shower and double sinks.
New ductless mini-split air conditioners in all bedrooms and living areas ensure a comfortable stay, even on warm summer days.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
