Welcome to CapeCodProperty 126, a charming 3-bedroom retreat located in the heart of West Yarmouth, just a short stroll from the beach. This inviting home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, accommodating up to 8 guests with its spacious layout.
The property features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, a cozy queen bedroom, and a delightful room with two twin beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The single bathroom is equipped with modern amenities, including a walk-in shower.
Enjoy the open living area, perfect for family gatherings, complete with a smart TV, a home gym and game room for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts everything you need, from a refrigerator and microwave to a coffee maker and dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze.
Step outside to discover a private yard with outdoor seating, and a gas grill, ideal for summer barbecues. The property also includes essential amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt.
