You will make happy discoveries and create the best memories at this amazing 4 bedroom Master Suite Villa located just 32 miles from Zion National Park.

There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance of the home.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. Sun Haven is in the brand-new community called The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Located close to all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

Family enjoyed the stay. Everything you can think of that you need in your house was available (just need sharper knives or kitchen scissors). Every room had its own bathroom! Large dining table for all of us to sit. We were close to Zion National Park, the Mineral Springs Resort, Downtown and there for the peach festival. Thank you again!

This was the exact place we needed while we were visiting the area. The home was clean, spacious and even had a small backyard for our doggie to enjoy. The time we spent in the hot tub was great. My wife and I enjoyed spending time there with our two kids. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Our family was look for a large pet friendly home close to Zion National Park and this home hit all of our requirements! This home was spacious and had plenty of room for five adults. We liked the attached baths in every room! It was nicely decorated and everything we needed. We will stay here again when we return.

Great location & lots of room

Love this area, easy access to highway to visit St George or Sand Hollow. Love that is a 4 bed/4bath, so convenient for adults.

Place was nice and clean, but dishwasher did not work and reported it on 2nd day and noone ever showed up to fix it so we wasted alot of time doing dishes. We think we should be compensated somehow.

We'd Stay Again

This place was perfect to accomodate two families. We went with our friends and the layout was grand with having the kids upstairs in the two bunk rooms and parents downstairs. It was so nice to have everyone have their own bathroom too. The classic arcade game was a huge hit. The pool area was great. Overall it was a swell time and we'd stay here again for sure.

Great property with sub-par property management

Very classy and comfortable vacation rental with a sub-par property management team. When we arrived on Sunday, the garage smelled like a landfill and the washer was full of bleach water and would not drain. I called and emailed the host. Four hours later they responded, "we know the washer is broke and we messaged you on the Rubearue app". She messaged me on an app I've never even head of...strike 1. By Tuesday, we had already used the same towels for showers for 3 days and were waiting for the repair tech to come. He came by with no repair parts and no new washer (there are only 2 parts that make a washer drain, a pump and a solenoid and he came with neither)...strike 2. Wednesday, I called property management again to find out what their plan is? They told me there is a laundromat in town. I'm thinking, "Did they really just tell me to wash their towels at the laundromat?"...strike 3. I asked them to at least bring us new towels after 9 of us had been using the same towel for 4 days. Property management knew we don't have laundry that was listed in the amenities and yet they never offered to bring fresh towels. Maybe they thought I would do their laundry at the laundromat too??? In all it cost us $48 to use the laundromat and time away from the family vacation we had planned. Tip...make sure your renters have fresh towels daily if they're there for a week!!! If you are lucky enough to have no issues when you rent this place, you'll likely love it. If however, you do have issues (like a broken washer) and need assistance from the host, prepare for a massive disappointment. As for the landfill smell in the garage when we arrived, other renters need to take the garbage out on trash day, so the next renter doesn't smell rotten trash when they arrive. I don't hold this against the property. I do blame the prior renters.

Hello James, the ruebarue app is an app that allows us to message you on your personal phones. So our guest services team was letting you know that we messaged you earlier that day to let you know the washer unfortunatley broke when the cleaners were preparing the property for your stay. We unfortunately have no control over when appliances go out on us and the parts are backed up due to covid. So we are at the mercy of the appliance techs. Our guest services team contacted you prior to arrival to make you aware of the issue so you did not walk into it blindly. We also answered the call the first time you called in and if i recall that was about the garage and our maintenence team went and took care of it right away. You then called back after hours about the washer so we got back to you the next day during business hours. Our team happily brought you clean and fresh towels when they were requested. We do apologize for the inconvonience and offered information about the closest laundromat as we had no way of fixing the washer until the parts came in which we paid extra to rush. We also have a team that takes out all trashes on thursday and brings them in friday becuase HOA does not allow them to sit outside at all. The trash was not rotten it goes out weekly I assure you.. We are truly apologetic that the washer broke during your stay and we did everything we could to fix it. We hope you understand the circumstances surrouding it as we explained to you during your stay. Thank you so much for your feedback the guest experience is truly our number one priority.

Great Home made for a great stay

Wonderful. Spacious for our family of 8. Loved that each room had it's own bathroom. Had everything we needed except laundry detergent. We were required to start the towels in the washer but no detergent made available to us. We tried to contact someone but no one responded. Obviously we bought detergent and started the towels before leaving.
