Accommodating up to 14 people, with incredible amenities, nearby access to national & state parks, golf courses, & entertainment venues, you are assured an unforgettable vacation in Red Rock country!

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
No dirty feet, wet towels, or bodies on the couches.

The rental was perfect for our family trip and was set up for keeping the kids entertained. We loved the proximity to the state and national parks.

Nice rental with a lot of space. The only downside was that the beds weren’t very comfortable.

There were no towels in any of the 4 bathrooms upon arrival, and they did not come until the next afternoon when they were delivered in a garbage bag by their cleaning person who said she forgot to leave them. Later that night, the water heater went out and we had no hot water to shower with after swimming and before checkout. The phone number in the binder on site was not for the correct contact. When we got a response from the host, we were within 2 hours of check out and they said no one would be able to come until after our check out time. No discount or compensation was offered when this was relayed to the host. This was too expensive for a less than enjoyable stay.

Hi Rebecca, thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize again for the issues you experienced. Once these concerns were brought to our attention, we worked to address them as quickly as possible, including delivering towels to the property and attempting to troubleshoot the water heater issue. Unfortunately, due to the timing of when we were notified, we were unable to have maintenance arrive before checkout. We have since corrected the outdated binder information to help prevent future confusion. Please note that our customer service number is also included in all guest communication threads and posted on the fridge decal at the property for easier access during a stay. While we were unable to offer a refund, we did extend a generous discount toward any future stay with us. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving both our communication and overall guest experience moving forward.
