The cottage comfortably accommodates six guests across its two bedrooms and loft. Additionally, a queen pullout bed in the living room can host two more guests, increasing the total capacity to eight.

**The Cottage**
Step into the main floor, which boasts a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. The scenic lake views will surely enhance your experience, whether cooking or savouring your meals. The kitchen bar counter comfortably seats four, making it the perfect spot for family and friends to gather.
The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a plush sectional sofa ideal for relaxing evenings. You can easily access the covered patio through a large sliding door, leading you to a peaceful outdoor space. The patio has a barbecue and a generous sectional, offering a perfect setting for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in stunning lake views and beautiful sunrises. The main floor also offers two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom, with linens and towels for convenience.
Venture up to the loft, where you'll discover a Queen bed, a second full bathroom, and a cozy nook perfect for unwinding on the couch, immersing yourself in a good book, or catching up on work at the desk. Adjacent to the loft is a private upper deck, a serene escape for sunbathers or stargazers alike. Please note that access to the garage is limited for using the washer and dryer.

**The Resort**
Whether seeking a peaceful retreat from your busy life or gearing up for your next big adventure, La Casa and its surroundings offer an ideal vacation getaway! The resort boasts two swimming pools, three hot tubs (one pool and hot tub are a short walk from the 2min walk from the cottage), mini golf, a playground, volleyball, tennis, pickleball courts, private beach access, fire pits by the water, and a boat launch. The upper swimming pool and hot tub are just steps from our cottage. We also provide a complimentary set of mini golf clubs, a set of four golf balls, and a set of four pickleball racquets and balls. If you need additional golf putters or balls. If you enjoy nature walks, there are fantastic trails behind the resort. La Casa Lakeside Resort also offers rentals for golf carts, e-bikes, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards through their website and onsite, making exploring the water or cruising around the resort easy. The resort's very own La Casa Market & Kitchen offers a wide selection of groceries, take-and-bake items, liquor, fresh coffee, and ice cream, in addition to serving as the resort's restaurant. Their menu includes all-day breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, tacos, wings, small appetizers, weekly specials, and delivery options to the beach, pool, or cottage!

**Explore Beyond the Resort**
Just a short drive away, you can discover beautiful parks such as Fintry Provincial Park, which is just 10 minutes away, and Bear Creek Provincial Park, which is about 25 minutes from the resort. If you enjoy fine wine, we suggest visiting some local wineries. Many companies provide pick-up services to whisk you away for a delightful wine tour. For those interested in experiencing city life, Kelowna and Vernon are approximately a 35-40 minute drive away. Before you return, treat yourself to a meal at one of the fantastic local restaurants.

Please Note:
• The resort's pools and hot tubs have seasonal hours: the lower pool and hot tubs are open from May 1 to Thanksgiving, the upper pool from May 1 to mid-September, and the upper hot tub from Easter to mid-September, plus November 5-14 and December 17-January 3. Hours are subject to change.

• Kayaks, paddleboards, e-bikes, and golf cart rentals can be reserved in person at La Casa Lakeside Resort or online. We recommend booking early. Rentals are available seasonally from May 15 to September 15, subject to change and availability.

• The activities park is open seasonally from April to Thanksgiving, depending on availability. Rentals, including pickleball and tennis sets, mini-golf putters, and volleyballs, are available at the guest services area of La Casa Lakeside Resort.

• The aqua park is open seasonally from the long weekend of May to September 15. Your party must sign a waiver at the Strata office or the beach. Life jackets are required for children aged 5 to 12 and can be rented at La Casa Lakeside Resort.

• La Casa has limited grocery options. The nearest grocery stores are about 30 minutes away in West Kelowna, Downtown Kelowna, and Vernon. You can order groceries online from Save-On-Foods in West Kelowna for delivery to your cottage.

• Parking is available at the beach and marina but fills up quickly, so it is advisable to arrive early to secure a spot.

• Parties, smoking, pets, and unauthorized guests are prohibited on the property.

• Our cottage is professionally cleaned after every stay. Please take out the trash during your visit to avoid attracting wildlife or pests, and dispose of it occasionally for a cleaner environment.

La Casa is a resort community designed with specific bylaws to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. It is essential for everyone to respect and adhere to the community rules for a pleasant experience. Each cottage can accommodate a maximum of eight overnight guests, including children and infants. Please note that quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. We kindly ask that you consider this when making reservations, as the resort strictly enforces these policies. The Strata Bylaw officer will uphold rules regarding capacity limits and associated fines, and guests are responsible for any fines incurred during their stay.
