This design ensures guests enjoy complete privacy and receive personalized service.
We are committed to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable, and fully respect the privacy of our guests, The host will only be there when you need him. I will be available via telephone, text or email 24/7 during your stay.
Swimming Pool:
Use swimming pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty,we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur. The pool is not separately gated so for guests with younger kids we require an adult to be outside with them at all times.No glass containers in or around the pool!
The heated pool is operational all year,and we reserve right to close the pool depending on weather and maintenance status.
Please don't urinate in the pool, the sauna below the pool has full restrooms.
Hot Tub:
The hot tub is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays. We reserve right to close the pool depending on weather and maintenance status.
Please take a shower before entering and no drinks/food in the hot tub. No glass containers in or around the hot tub. If you unreasonably leave the hot tub water in bad condition (beyond normal usage), you will be charged a $150 water change fee.
Sauna Room:
Sauna room is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays.
Please rinse it off after using the sauna.

we reserve to right to close the tennis court depending on weather and maintenance.
