Welcome to our cherished family home, nestled in one of North Burnabyâs most desirable neighborhoods. This isnât just a rentalâitâs where we live, laugh, and grow as a family, and weâre excited to share its warmth and beauty with you.
Surrounded by forest, ocean, parks, and mountains, our home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Weâre walking distance to Hastings Streetâs shops, cafĂ©s, and amenities, and just 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver. For outdoor enthusiasts, Grouse, Seymour, and Cypress Mountains are just over the bridgeâperfect for skiing, hiking, and year-round adventure.
The home spans four spacious levels, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning sunsets and views of the city skyline, mountains, and glimpses of the ocean. Each bedroom features a private ensuite, giving guests both comfort and privacy. The open-concept main floor leads onto a large deckâideal for entertaining, relaxing, or simply enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.
Out back, unwind in the hot tub, take a swim in the pool, or lounge in the private yard. Inside, youâll find a full games room with a pool table, dart board, and a wide selection of board games for all ages.
We have a long-term tenant who lives in a self-contained suite on the north side of our home. The suite has its own private entrance and is completely separate, with no shared access to our main living space. She is quiet, respectful, and we rarely cross paths â she enters through the front while we use the back.
Our home is also equipped with a few security cameras for general safety. These are not monitored or recorded; they simply loop to a screen mounted inside the house. The system does not store footage, is not connected to the cloud, and will be turned off for your stay.

We love this neighborhood for its perfect balance of peaceful living and unbeatable location. Nestled in the hills, it offers stunning views of the city skyline and the North Shore mountainsâsunsets here are truly something special. We're just a short drive to downtown Vancouver, giving us easy access to the cityâs vibrant culture, restaurants, and events, while still enjoying the quiet charm of a residential neighborhood.
