Sleeping arrangements
This oceanfront home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, offering a spacious layout ideal for families or groups. The third floor features the primary king suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom and private balcony access overlooking the ocean. Two additional queen bedrooms on this level share a hallway bath and each offer beautiful ocean views. On the ground floor, guests will find a king bedroom and a large bunk room designed with kids in mind, featuring two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles, a small wraparound couch, a coffee table, TV, and a selection of games, all within the same open space. The bunk room serves as a casual hangout area for younger guests. Also on this level is a full bathroom with a convenient exterior door leading to the back deck and beach path, perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand.

Living spaces
The main living area flows seamlessly to a 60-foot balcony, where mornings and evenings feel equally inviting. Inside, a generous seating area and smart TV provide a relaxed setting for gathering. A bonus room with a desk offers a quiet space for remote work or reading. On the ground floor, the media room with a sectional sofa and 60+ inch smart TV is perfect for movie nights or gaming.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, a walk-in pantry, and granite countertops. Cook with ease using provided basics like pots, pans, and utensils, then choose from two dining tables that each seat 8 or a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are available for casual mornings or evening meals.

Outdoor living
Enjoy a newly built beachfront deck with seating, or spend time on multiple balconies overlooking the Atlantic. The property includes a BBQ grill. With private entrance and direct access to the sand, beach walks and ocean swims are just steps away.

Amenities
The home is equipped with washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Entertainment includes TVs with standard cable, while bedrooms are furnished with linens, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets. Essentials like towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Home safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Parking and stays
Free parking is available on-site for up to 3 vehicles. Long term stays of 28 days or more are allowed, making it a flexible choice for extended visits. Shampoo is not provided, so plan accordingly.
