Family trip

We have a large family and this house was perfect for us. It had enough space for everyone without feeling crowded. Location was great, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough for us to go anywhere. We were here while it snowed for the younger ones it had a great yard to play and sled.

Great location, plenty of space

The house had big bedrooms and was great for having little kids sleep in the same room. The layout was nice and plenty of space in the living room and kitchen to hang out. The location is probably the best part, you don’t have to go into pigeon forge and you’re close to stores and restaurants.

Great home for a big family!

We easily housed 13 family members with a lot of room to spare! Enjoyed the family living space and all the king beds. Super close to stores and restaurants and very close to Pigeon Forge. Would love to stay here again if we return with a group.

Beautiful home and very specious. Rooms are big and the beds too and comfortable. It has everything you need in a house. My family and I enjoyed it. You are close to pigeon forge. I would stay here again 😍

Stopover hideaway

Great space for large groups. The pool table, outside swing and porch were used by all. The large kitchen seating area fit our group well for dining and game playing. Away from the crowds but close enough to get to places. Would stay here again.

The home worked well for our large group. With 10 adults and 2 kids and an additional 2 adults and 2 kids for the last 2 nights, the space as great. 2 bathrooms was challenging but it worked out fine. Kitchen

Fantastic stay in Sevierville

In town for a few days visiting friends before they move overseas. House was perfect for our needs and it’s in a great location. We absolutely loved the porch area and would bet we spent 90% of our time out there. All the king beds were also a big hit! We were also able to visit Gatlinburg without dealing with a ton of traffic. I would definitely recommend this place for big family’s.

Gymnastics Meet Family Gathering Weekend

Thank you to the owners and property managers for making our weekend get away very roomy and comfortable. The house was very large and roomy. The family loved playing on the pool table and some enjoyed the hot tub. I relaxed and read books and shopped and enjoyed being with my family. Part of are from SC and the other part from KY and this is a halfway point for us to visit each other and we lived the location. Lots of space to part and no winding roads to get to the house. We hope to rent this cozy home again.

Quick drive to pigeon forge

This house is in sevierville, but the access to pigeon forge attractions is quick. Big yard area for play, plenty of distance from the highway. Great house for our corgi and kids. Loved the pool table!! Kitchen could use some more things for families that cook. But restaurants are close! Pleasant outdoor sitting area for enjoying being outside (or a good smoke!).

The house was nice

The house was large and roomy, as was the back patio and gazebo area with plenty of seating inside and out. Also, everything seemed to be clean. Having 2 refrigerators was a huge help. The one problem we had was the noise. Then property was right on a highway that was busy 24/7. There were also noisy neighbors on both sides, one of which played loud music until sometimes 11:00pm. Also there were 2 airports, just down the street, giving airplane and helicopter tours. So much noise. Had I known all that I wouldn't have chosen that property. Lovely house, but not much of a "hideaway."

The room with the fireplace insert was a lot in the room in our bags in the bed we had to kill a lot of them the fireplace by the kitchen don’t work the bathroom the silk being stop up the refrigerator in the main kitchen don’t get cold

Amazing rental property

The house and everything that was included was perfect. All the room me and my family needed. Very clean and stocked with all the things you need like pan's, dishes, towels, etc. My girls loved going kayaking down the river, and it was so cool that 2 were included in the rental rate. The owners are the nicest people for sure. They went the extra mile to help me out. I highly recommend staying in this property, you'll fall in love like we did.

Very beautiful home. It was exactly like the photos show. Very big, with plenty of space for our whole group. We had 7 adults and 5 children. Everyone had their own personal space. We loved the game room/living room. The outside sitting area is very cute and peaceful with plenty of space. We enjoyed the covered back porch with several seats and swing. We also took our service dog (dachshund) with us. She loved the enclosed space that was located on the outside of the bedroom we chose. She could go outside on her own through the doggy door and we didn't have to worry about her getting out. Absolutely loved the house. The owners were very nice and communication was great with them! We will definitely stay at one of their properties for our future Tennessee trips. 10/10

Great place to explore Smoky Mountains

The location, owners and the property itself deserve 5 stars. We had issues with bathroom door not locking and the owners had it fixed right away. Our group had both toddlers and seniors and everyone felt at home.

Reasonable prices and attentive owners

The place is very spacious and had plenty of room for our large family. The price was reasonable and the location wasn’t terrible. We had some issues with the outlets not working in the basement and the owners immediately came out to try to fix it and when it couldn’t be completely remedied they offered us a credit for our trouble. That is great customer service. I wish there had been more towels and washcloths and the hot tub could have been a little better but otherwise it was the perfect property for us.

We love to visit the Smoky Mountains and see the leaves change colors. Enjoying a comfortable space with our family is a true blessing. Retiring back to our home with comfy leather furniture and a fully furnished kitchen is so much better than any hotel room. Come see why we choose our condo as our family's home away from home. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and having a hot tub that provides hours of fun. We take pride in our home and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. Come and visit and see why it is our away from home!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
