E2003 is a fully furnished and newly renovated two-bedroom large floor plan that sleeps 4 people max with its spacious 1289 sq. feet floor plan.

The living room has a sofa, love seat with built in recliners along with a separate recliner. There is a large flat screen TV, great for watching your favorite football games. The living room/ dining room combo has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony so you can see the most incredible direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The dining area includes a table that seats a total of six plus bar area that seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped & renovated, stainless steel appliances and nice cabinets. It has all small appliances needed along with a 12-cup coffee maker and a K-Cup coffee maker.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

The guest bedroom has a King size bed, and a full bathroom with a nice walk-in shower.

Unit has carpet in the bedrooms and is tiled throughout the rest. The unit has a stack washer/dryer.

View-Faces the water, it is slightly angled to the East with a slight view of the end of the pool as shown in the pictures
