Rymlig och uppdaterad lägenhet - detta är en extra stor planlösning - det är inte din typiska "hagelgevär" -layout. Varje sovrum har eget badrum och ligger i slutet av sin egen hall för extra integritet.

Ditt "hem hemifrån" ligger tillbaka från vägen, borta från trafikljud - en strandoas! Detta komplex ligger i den lugnare östra änden, och erbjuder 1500 meter fronten på bukten, den största på stranden.

Denna 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet är en rymlig 1289 kvm och ligger på sjätte våningen i byggnad E, den nyaste av Dunes condos.

Det expansiva sovrummet har en king size-säng och fantastisk utsikt över bukten. Vakna upp på morgonen för att njuta av ljuden och sevärdheterna i Mexikanska golfen direkt från din säng!

Det ljusa och soliga andra sovrummet ligger utanför sin egen hall för extra integritet. Den har en dubbelsäng och eget badrum.

Båda sovrumssängarna byttes ut 2014 och är superkomfortiva.

Ny bäddsoffa i queen-sized har en utmärkt madrass med minneskum, vilket ger komfort och stöd för en vuxen.

Master badrummet har kaklat duschkabin och säte.

Köket har bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustat med allt som behövs för en bekväm och bekväm vistelse.

Relaxing

We had a great view of the ocean, beach and pool and a very relaxing stay. The only things that I would change about it would be a more comfortable bed and a larger fitness room.

Slice of Paradise

We had a phenomenal experience and could not have dreamed up a better location. Gail and Tom are SO kind and very responsive. The condo was well maintained and in a gated community. While there were still plenty of people to converse with, things were on the quieter side which was a huge plus!

July 3rd - 6th

We had a great stay at this beachfront condo in Florida. It was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Waking up to the ocean every morning was a dream, and the beach access was just steps away.The only drawback was the elevator situation. With only two elevators servicing the building and us being on the 6th floor, there were some long wait times during peak hours. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you're hauling a lot of beach gear or groceries.Overall we loved the place and would stay again! Tom and Gail are a fantastic host. They have a very helpful handbook with things to do and what to expect before you get here.

Nice Condo!

We had a great time in PCB! Our condo was nice. Love the security at Dunes of Panama. I like this quieter end of PCB much better than Front Beach Road. I guess I’m starting to show my age now. I need low key. The chairs with the condo rental was great! Thanks for including those! Oh, and the pool is very nice too! We enjoyed our stay.

PCB stay

Everyone is very nice here. I always enjoy staying here.All kitchen cooking stuff is there to cook easy access in and out nice pool . Free beach chairs are a bonus.

Gail är värd

We bought this condo so we could live in it in the winter, and share it with you all in the summer. Ongoing decorative updates and maintenance occur each winter while we are living in the condo. This past winter, the sliding doors and guest room window were replaced. The main living areas were repainted, and decor was updated. It's a dream come true for us, and we are excited to share our little piece of paradise with you!

Our guests love the spacious feel of this floor plan, and that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, located at opposite ends of the condo, giving each bedroom privacy.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The Dunes sits on 1500 ft of beachfront. You'll have lots of room to spread out and really enjoy the beautiful water and white, sugar sand! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves! We love the Dunes, because the complex is set away from the road and feels like a real getaway from traffic and congestion found on the west end of Panama City Beach.
