This serviced apartment comes with everything you need!
Spacious one bedroom with King size bed could fit for 2 people, modern kitchen area with wide-open living space! Good sized study area, excellent space for working or study!
Short strolled to Westfield Chatswood and Chatswood Chase! Convenience location just a few mins walk to the railway station.
Only 8km North of the Sydney Central Business District. A perfect 'staycation' you ever had!
The Space:
Current Bedding Configuration:
1 x King Bed
Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hairdryer.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge & Dishwasher
Hair Dryer, Iron, Vacuum, and Washing machine provided.
WIFI within the apartment and a Smart TV.
Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during your stay.
You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine. The vacuum is located in the laundry area.
Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $30 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.
Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, heater, fan, and AC are switched off.
Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.
Feel free to contact us for any service at any time; from 9am-5pm and 24/7 in an emergency! We will do our best to help your great trip.

NO SMOKING Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.
NO PETS: This apartment doesnât allow pets to stay. Strata will fine us to have pets without permission. Therefore, you will be charged for this penalty.
NO PARTIES: Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility.
Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the apartment, we would charge $100 for attending the apartment and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
