Welcome to your private retreat close to the heart of the City! This renovated garden suite is located in a 1912 heritage home, offering a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. This bright space features a large bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom with in-floor heating, and outdoor patio. Enjoy a peaceful yet central location, with walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, bars, downtown, and Royal Jubilee Hospital. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or extended stay.
Located just minutes from downtown, Fernwood and Oaklands are vibrant, walkable neighbourhoods known for their community feel and creative energy. Fernwood is home to colourful heritage homes, a strong arts scene and at its heart, the Fernwood Square. The square, a 10 minute walk from the suite, is home to Little June coffee shop, clothing and home goods boutiques, the Belfry Theatre and the Fernwood Inn Pub.
The Oaklands neighbourhood offers tree-lined streets, parks, and a laid-back, residential vibe. You will be a five-minute walk away from Haultain Corners, a collection of small businesses featuring an organic grocery store and coffee shop.
Both neighbourhoods are loved for their friendly atmosphere, farmers markets, and easy access to great coffee, food, and transit.
The private suite enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day and stays cool in summer and comfortably warm in the winter months.

The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, in-floor heating, and a vanity with deep storage drawers.
Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are shared and easily accessible, and thereâs free street parking just outside.

Hi, we're Louise and Brodie! We've called Victoria home for 15 yearsâoriginally from Vancouver (Louise) and Kitimat (Brodie)âand have lived in the heart of Fernwood for over a decade. Louise works in stormwater management and Brodie is a local carpenter. We love this neighbourhood and are excited to share a little piece of it with you!
