The wide rear patio offers the best golf views, a screened-in paradise offering al fresco dining for six and panoramic views of gold and waterways. Just inside, a lofty great room sees a soaring vaulted ceiling allowing blissful natural light to illuminate a space with sofa, plentiful seating and flat-screen TV. Moving inward, we find a farmhouse-style table offering dining for six beside the wide granite counter of the elegant kitchen. Boasting updated finishes and stainless-steel appliances, even the kitchen enjoys views out to the course.
The main courtyard offers a unique way to enjoy indoor and outdoor living, with nearby outdoor shower and doors that open wide to two of the lushly comfortable guest rooms. In the first, a king-size bed anchors a suite with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite set behind a wide barn door boasting walk-in shower. In the second, dual twin beds offer comfort amid a full suite with flat-screen TV and private bath boasting tub and shower. Each enjoys its own private access to the courtyard, and shared access to a full laundry with washer and dryer.
