We're careful not to advertise amenities or access that don't come with this property, including the Beach Club parking lot or community pool. The details you mentioned, such as the need to pay for a pass at the gate and the parking availability, are clearly stated in the listing so guests know what to expect at the time of booking. These items, including gate access and parking allotment, are managed entirely by the complex and Sea Pines, and unfortunately they're outside of our control as the rental manager. We understand this wasn't the experience you were hoping for, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We hope the property itself served you well during your stay.

Regarding the Sea Pines parking pass, the information and purchase details are clearly stated in the listing prior to booking and reiterated in all pre-stay communication, but we are sorry if this was not clear before your arrival. The nearby road construction and temporary power interruption were unfortunate timing, and we appreciate your understanding. As for the Harbour Town Golf Course, we are not directly affiliated with the course and recommend guests contact them directly to confirm availability prior to arrival. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to refine communication and ensure guests have clear expectations before arrival.
