The third bedroom is a spacious sleep-out garden flat with its own ensuite and undercover deck. The secure garage containing table tennis (perfect for rainy days), is ideal for storing your mountain bikes and then there is the huge back yard with trampoline. The separate zones are perfect for small groups holidaying together, allowing everyone to have their own space.
Guests have full and private access to the whole property, including the sleep-out and garage.

Kia ora! We're a mum and dad with two young boys who love to explore new places and have fun as a family. We live in Auckland but love it here in Rotorua and try to get down as often as we can for the amazing mountain biking, lakes, geothermal landscape and gorgeous scenery.
