En söt stuga frÄn 1950-talet som har haft en komplett makeover och nu erbjuder ett semesteralternativ vid vattnet för upp till 2 familjer.
Detta hundvÀnliga semesterhus ligger intill en expansiv sjöstrand, allt du letar efter och mer. Ta med dina bÄtar eller vattenskidor eftersom det finns en lanseringsramp och brygga pÄ kort avstÄnd frÄn fastigheten. Huset erbjuder ett linnealternativ för de som reser frÄn utlandet eller inte vill ha med sig eget linne.
För din njutning finns det 2 kajaker med flytvÀstar, plus en SUP (paddleboard) och det finns ett lockage-garage för mountainbikes och en tvÀttstation. Fastigheten ligger relativt nÀra Redwood Forest som en super populÀr mountainbike-anlÀggning. Rotorua vinkar och har sÄ mycket att erbjuda!
För dem med babes finns det en portacot och barnstol!

The view was stunning and our little dog was happy with the outdoors which had been completely fenced for a small dog. Very easy access to touristy places and town centre.We're not Sky TV users so it was a challenge with the TV but it all got sorted with the propert manager and owner - brilliant!!Our whole stay would've been better if the weather played ball but we got quite a few things ticked off our bucket list.The pellet fire was very good with the first chilly days. Thank you to the owners and Norman.

Great stay in Rotorua, with endless adventure close by. The house was just as described, right on the water with everything you need. The only thing that may be a downfall for some, is there is algae bloom this time of year in swimming. Wtoo, so

Excellent location and beautiful view!

Beautiful view, just a few meters from the Rotorua lake! Close to kids' playground which my daughter enjoyed playing in. At night, need to be careful to ensure flies don't get in the house.

Great spot on the lake

Great bach on the lake in Rotorua. Close to the airport. Enjoyed our communication with Norman and Fiona, the housekeeper. Our kids loved the games and beach toys.

Beautiful, peaceful!

Beautiful home, lovely views and very clear instructions up front. I'm sure the owners would have been very helpful but we didn't need a thing! There were only two of us but it definitely would have been great for more. Highly recommend.

Lovely lakeside location

Lovely house to stay at with plenty to do with the kids, they loved the kayaks and the park just a short walk down the along the lakeside. Was a perfect place to spend a long weekend at. Clean, tidy, beautiful views right on the lake. And an extra bonus is being able to have your dog in a closed in backyard. Just a note for those with jumpy larger dogs; the fence is very low lakefront but our little dog was safely contained and all fence lines have had care to keep dogs in which is appreciated!

Funky retro vibe with a great view!

This house was super unique, and the view was amazing! It had a retro vibe throughout, and the kids loved having a room with bunks to themselves. Parking was easy, the furniture was all comfy, and accessing the place was easy. It’s slightly out of town, so quieter, and close enough to still be convenient. The only problem we encountered was that it got very buggy at night, so we really had to be careful not to let bugs in as we were entering and exiting the property (they loved that porch light!). Overall, good family spot!

Decent and homely

Has everything you need! Have just gone in winter, and has amazing fire. View is amazing and everything is close by. Only thing, was my partner is over 6ft and couches in lounge doesnt accommodate him if he wanted to put his feet up. Suggest a L shaped couch so you can open blinds and look out at the view in winter

Lovely little house with great view!

Overall the house met our needs. It is quite small with the internal bedrooms not having a lot of privacy. The house was very cold but lots of oil heaters and a pellet heater. The heater in the main bedroom did not work well and did not heat the area sufficiently. The house would be ok in the summer months. The property was tidy, but I felt could have been cleaned better. The manager was not particularly friendly and quite sarcastic in some of his replies to questions. I think Norman needs a job where he doesn’t have to liaise with the public. I may have overlooked the above if he was friendly.

Incredible stay!

We loved our stay at this place! The view was awesome - I could say that 10 times!!!. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was functional. House is not huge, but packs in a lot of beds and group space. Being right on the lake was fun. Enjoyed watching the locals stop by and swim, kite board, etc. 10 min drive in to town - worth it. Norman was great, responsive, helpful.

Great Lake View

The stay was great. House was cute and as described. The view was great. Easy home base for doing things in the area. Depending on where you are driving to for the day, it may be less of a hassle to drive the long way around lake versus driving through all the traffic in Rotorua.

Picture perfect location

This property was exactly what was advertised, the extras were a bonus. It had bikes kayaks life jackets helmets beach toys for the kids quite location very clean. It had accommodation for my elderly parents all self contained with fridge bench space, lots of car parking very happy
