Relax in this family home within walking distance to the adorable Trotting Park Beach (.5 mile) and larger West Dennis Beach (3 min drive). Enjoy a quick drive to the best Cape Cod restaurants and activities, all while being on a quiet, residential, and traffic free family friendly cul de sac neighborhood.
The home is a beautiful 2 story home with 4 bedrooms that sleep 8+, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Beds have comforters and pillows. Bed linens and towels provided by guests. or service which can be provided. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking, grilling and baking needs. The living room/family room is spacious and equipped with TV and board games. The large backyard has plenty of space for children to play. There is a large deck with dining seating for 8 and a Weber gas grill. The garage is full of bikes, beach chairs and beach equipment for guests to enjoy. Ample parking in driveway and on street.
