Lovely home in an historic neighborhood

We were in Lexington for a family wedding and this was a great place to stay. It’s very centrally located and close to downtown Lexington, which was the main appeal of the house for us. Most of the other short term rentals in the area are down by the lake which is gorgeous but a 20 minute drive south. The neighborhood is quiet. Highlights are a large kitchen with huge center island and a really nice little back deck. Dawn was very accessible and easily reachable. Very nice!

The house was magnificent. The kitchen was ready for a chef. It had all utensils needed for a gourmet chef.The amenities were outstanding. We’ve had homes in different countries. This is one of the top five. The house was spotless. Anything you could need was there.The host Dawn was outstanding. She was available 24 seven. we visited the vineyards and wineries close by. Is it excellent location for that purpose. We highly recommend staying at this home. It’s wonderful.

This was an excellent home base for us visiting family and friends across Lexington and Winston Salem.The house has been updated to a perfect modern comfort and this was perhaps the most equipped kitchen we've found yet in our VRBO adventures We came to Lexington to celebrate a graduation for our oldest son and were greeted with a very sweet graduation-themed house-warming gift from the hosts.The house is really well placed on the "south edge" of the historic district and is helping refresh the property on that block. If you see the before/after pics of the property the renovation here is really impressive.Downtown Lexington is blocks away and the downtown window shopping is a great way to use an afternoon.The hosts made every effort to assure comfort including a special "off-menu" request for our group that they were quick to help us make successful. We had a very minor glitch with the AC upstairs, but they were super quick to respond and had the repair service on site right away. It was so quick it was barely an issue for our stay. We're looking forward to our next Lexington trip and this will be our 1st thought for our lodging.

Visiting in Lexington!

Dawn (host) is a great communicator and is very attentive to your needs. She goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay!This Lexington home is close to all stores and restaurants. Easy walk to the downtown area in well established neighborhood. The amenities in the house will exceed your expectations! The house is decorated with modern taste and elegant features throughout the rooms.I recommend this house and look forward to booking again with Dawn in the future!

Relaxing in Lexington!

The house exceeded our expectations as listed. So many accessories and had every comfort you need in a stay. The host, Dawn, communicated with us and made sure we were always taken care of. The location of the house in Lexington was close to restaurants and stores. Very convenient and would definitely pick this house again!
