Youâre just a short walk from cafĂ©s, restaurants, and the beach, with public transport right outside for easy access to Nelson, the airport, or Richmond. A relaxed and convenient base for your time in Nelson.
The Sands Beach Apartment is ideal for couples, traveling friends or small families. It's proximity to Nelson's recreational hub surrounding Tahunanui Beach makes this an especially attractive option for many.

Security cameras - For safety and security, surveillance cameras operate in the building's common and public areas. A camera is also mounted above the apartment entrance door, facing the parking area.
