This bright and airy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Kiawah Island villa is the perfect escape for couples or small families looking to relax and unwind by the beach, which is just a 2-minute stroll!
As you enter the villa, the bedroom is conveniently located to your right and features a plush king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The full-size bathroom is attached, and highlights a chic walk-in shower as well as convenient hall access.
The open-concept living area welcomes you with natural light, high-end shiplap walls and is designed for comfort. It includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy dining area that seats four. Step out onto the screened porch off the living room, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the peaceful nature that Kiawah Island has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
