Pet-Friendly Stays – Pre-Approval Required

We welcome pets for an additional fee, as outlined in our pricing. However, all pets must be pre-approved by the Host before finalizing your booking. Please contact us in advance to discuss your pet’s stay.

Please note:
No backyard use is included, however beach / ocean and park access is just steps away next door.

We invite you to relax and unwind in the comfortable teak wood patio chairs with the accompanying coffee table. While the backyard is not accessible, you are welcome to enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean access at Lowry Park, located just next door to the right of our property.

Please keep snowboard, ski equipment, bikes or any other sporting equipment outside.

District of North Vancouver Rules:

To ensure a safe, respectful, and lawful stay, all guests must adhere to the following local bylaws:

Quiet Hours:

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and avoid loud music, parties, or outdoor gatherings during these hours.

Parking:

On-street parking may be limited. Please use the designated guest parking spot(s) only. Do not block driveways or fire lanes.

Check signs for any street sweeping or parking restrictions.

Garbage & Recycling:

Please sort garbage, recycling, and compost according to District of North Vancouver guidelines.

Collection day is typically Tuesday, bins are located at the pedestrian gate entrance with sorting instructions.

Do not leave trash outside the bins to avoid attracting wildlife.

Respect for Community:

This is a residential neighborhood. Please be courteous, and avoid gatherings or excessive foot traffic that may disturb neighbors.
