Fremont IN SnowLake: Family vacation beautiful view pontoon available to rent

Rents Saturday to Saturday during summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) with a minimum 5 night stay. The remainder of the year we have a 2 night minimum.
Nice home located across the street from Snow lake with nice open lot view of lake.
4 bedroom, 2 bath home with access to Snow Lake and dock on Snow Lake. Pontoon also available to rent separately.
Perfect for families or getaways with friends. The house has a large family room with a fire pit behind the house that overlooks a beautiful park like setting.
The house dock is a short walk with access to the Snow, James, Jimmerson, and Otter chain of lakes. The dock is available if you bring a boat or rentals are available on the lake.
There are several boat ramps within 10 minutes of the property.
Pontoon available to rent by day or full week-seats 11.
There is a nice swimming area available in front of the dock or amazing sandbars within a boat ride to include Pokagon state park public beach.
The home has air conditioning, a washer and dryer, wifi, and 2 tv's with roku. The home has beds for 9 people with 2 couches in the family room and plenty of room for an air mattress (not supplied).
Excellent weekend stay for Notre Dame games in South Bend (74 miles to the stadium).

Check-in at 3 p.m. or after, check-out by 10 a.m.

West Family Vacation

The property was great! Glen and Joann were pleasant and helpful and checked in to make sure everything was okay. We had 10 adults, a teenager, a child and 2 infants in the house. We really had a great time. We enjoyed the firepit twice. We set up corn hole in the front yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for several large meals. The living room was large enough for all of us to be together. We really appreciated all the towels! We washed them a couple times, but there were plenty for all of us. The little perks of shampoo, conditioner & body wash along with dish detergent and laundry detergent were so very nice. It was a great place for all of us to get together from several states.

Family friendly

We loved our stay and our hosts were great! They were very kind to check on us as we saw them and answer any questions quickly. The place was clean and spacious enough for 11 of us. The swimming was good and there was a lot to do on the area. Our week went too fast, but we hope to return next year!

Great old house by Snow Lake

Although the house was not lakefront, it still had a view of the lake which was a short walk and had an easily accessible dock. Being able to rent a pontoon boat, SUPs and kayaks from the hosts for the week was a huge bonus that really made the trip fun for our whole family. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They were always available, very friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The hardest part about the trip was that it was only a week long - I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Indiana Family Vacation

We had an amazing time renting this property. Everything was so easy from check in to renting the pontoon and to check out! We will definitely be using this property again in the future because it is perfect for our family.

The property was in a quiet friendly area. The owner was very helpful and gave us a great tour of the property and gave us very useful information about the area.

We have enjoyed the lake for many years and have had this property in the family. We now want to share our experiences with others by sharing our vacation home.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Large home with lots of room for the large family or groups. Large back lot great for tent camping with fire pit.
Although the property doesn't sit directly on the lake you still get a great view with an open lot across the driveway . Lake access is 50 yards from the house!
Several boat ramps within 10 minutes and lots of great restaurants within 10 minute drive.
