Undvika livets liv och rörelse till detta stora lakefront hem på Jimmerson Lake som ligger i Lake James-kedjan. Denna 6 sovrum, 4 badrum 4600 kvadratmeter hem har gott om plats att koppla av och ha kul. Den har 2 separata vardagsrum med egen tv. Underhållningsområdet på övre nivå inkluderar ett biljardbord, båtspel och ett nyligen tillagd darttavla. Det vackra köket, med utsikt över sjön, har bänkskivor i granit och är fullt möblerade. Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls utom badhanddukar.

Den glittrande, markbundna poolen med utdragbart skydd är den perfekta platsen att hålla sig cool och ha kul. Poolen är garanterad öppen från Memorial Day till Labor Day. Den stora uteplatsen i tegel har året runt badtunna, bord och stolar för att njuta av middagar ute eller koppla av runt eldstaden medan du steker marshmallows på kvällen.

Detta hem är bara några minuter från shopping, restauranger, Pokagon State Park, biografer, vingård och många andra attraktioner i området. Det är också nära Public Boat Access för att starta din båt. Ett statspark pass ingår och 2 kajaker och en pedalbåt finns tillgängliga för din njutning.

Our family truly enjoyed the space. Pool and hot tub are well maintained, location is scenic and peaceful and the house was clean and spacious. Will definitely get another trip booked in the near future.

Family Time

The property is perfect for a large group, with plenty of seating both inside and out. We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the dining table that comfortably worked for our group of ten adults. The scenery is pretty, and you will be sure to see many different kinds of birds.

Best vacation ever

We were so happy to get a week at your house. We loved the house with so many bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were incredible. The kids were never bored. The best was the fishing our 9 year old caught 13 large mouth bass. Everyone enjoyed the docks for fishing and sunbathing. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Great place to stay!

We had a fabulous stay! The place is absolutely beautiful and Brittany was wonderful to deal with! Wish we could have meet her in person! She was extremely helpful when we had questions! Wish we could go back again soon! It’s very hard to get a reservation as it fills up quickly! So much fun!!!

30 year wedding anniversary weekend getaway

The pictures do not do this house justice! The updates to the kitchen space is spectacular! Our family had a wonderful family getaway to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! The house is perfect for a big group, especially with all the thoughtful touches like the spacious fully stocked kitchen ( the best I have ever had), game / toy closet, game room, the State Park pass, hot tub and breathtaking views. We would definitely like to come back- maybe a little earlier in the season to enjoy the swimming pool!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful low-key family vacation at your beautiful home. It had everything we needed for our group of 14 people varying in age from 10 to 79. The pool was a major asset for us as it was perfect weather to enjoy it. We rented a pontoon and brought a jet-ski and the dock was great for all of us to enjoy the nice lake. next year. The kitchen-dining area and the patio area were fabulous. We hope to return next year.

A Great Location and House For Our Group

We are a group of friends that have been taking a fall vacation together for over 40 years. This is our second time renting this home. We love it here. The outdoor area is amazing. House was clean and inviting. Cable did not work but owner did their best to remedy the situation and it was resolved. Lovely view and home met our needs.

Beautiful Family Lakehouse!!

This place is a dream come true get away!! This Lakehouse is absolutely beautiful inside & out!! Has all the amenities that you need! Outside has a breathtaking view of the lake. Love all the windows inside where you can overlook the lake. Has fire pit, hot tub, swimming pool and wonderful deck area for the whole family to sit. Kayaks, boat, etc. I can’t say enough! The whole family enjoyed our stay!!

Absolutely amazing vacation week!

The house and property were absolutely beautiful. We wanted a relaxing and low key vacation for our family to be able to hang out, fish, play games and just enjoy life, THIS WAS IT! The house has everything you need, clean, organized, comfy and the best of all the outdoor patio and pool were amazing! From dips in the pool and board games on the deck to fires and s’mores at night. We are blessed to have had the week we did there! The decor inside was also great, made us feel welcome and reminded us of the reason we don’t take things for granted!! My whole family loved it! Will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

Amazing Lake Houe

This is an amazing lake house. The host had everything you would need (information wise) in a convenient binder. The house is spacious, clean and very relaxing. No Tv in the bedrooms..no problem. It was great for our family gathering together talking and playing games. The sitting room overlooking the lake is so relaxing and looks like something you would see in movies. We loved it, and we're looking forward to bookingbthis house again.

Great family get together to view eclipse

Terrific property for multi generational family get together to be close to the eclipse. Lots of pleasant gathering spaces for conversation, toys for the little ones and a hang out space for the teens. Amazing outdoor space on the lake with tables aplenty, kayaks for the adventurous and a hot tub for those needing relaxation. Refreshing that the tvs were tucked out of the way and not the focal point of the main gathering space. Overall the house brought a feeling of peace. We would definitely stay again, especially in the summer to take advantage of the pool and lake.

A great holiday gathering space!

We loved gathering our far flung family in this home for the holidays. It was decorated for Christmas so we had a place for our presents and stockings. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and pans to make our feast (and coffee maker for mom and dad). All the kids had beds to rest in. It was clean and tidy, not a speck of dust in the place! The proximity to pokagon and the Tobaggoning Run was perfect. We enjoyed seeing the ducks and swans swim past at breakfast time. A great place with a beautiful view

Dirty house

The owners forgot to clean the house before we arrived and tried to send out a cleaning crew at 4:30 which was clearly too late after we had unpacked. They asked us to leave or stay outside while they cleaned which is completely unacceptable. There were dirty sheets & bedding on the bedroom floors & the dishwasher full of dishes. The sinks and toilets had unsightly rust water stains and the hard water smells awful in the shower. The toilet in the master bathroom has duct tape on it. The owners could have done more to make it right for us but instead became rude.

Fantastic Experience at Jimmerson Lake

We held a family reunion with 5 siblings and spouses. The house was beautiful: plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and 2 living spaces, including one with a pool table. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee bar and a wine fridge. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and watching the lake. It was just the best experience. Everyone was thrilled with the house and surroundings. Our host made sure that we had all of the pertinent information. All in all, just a great time! Would definitely rent this home again.

Steve & Gayla Gerber, owners since 2017 has been renting, using and updating this property for the enjoyment of our guest to be able to create lasting memories!
We live in a small town south of Ft Wayne and dont get up to the property as much as we would like.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This lake home is located in the bottle neck between the two basins so boats need to slow down for a few minutes as its Idle zone in front of the property. So its nice to sit and see all the different boats idle through the pass from one basin to the next.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our property is at a dead end so not much traffic. We did install artificial turf in 2021 during our outdoor living space expansion which helps for the turf not getting muddy or die-out when tubes or things left lying on the turf for some time. Also being able to sit, swim or float in the pool while overlooking the lake enjoying the boaters, sites, and/or sunsets. We try to maintain the pool temps at 88 degrees from May to mid October for the comfort of our guests!
