We've equipped our home with games, books, toys, a fully equipped kitchen, kayaks and equipment for water fun so you'll have everything you'll need to make great memories! Whether you're a small group or a large one, there's always something to do at The Cozy Cove! Dads and sport fans will love the comfy living room with the 70" TV and fireplace. Ladies will love the quiet solitude of the back porch for a morning cup of coffee. They'll also love the HUGE dining table that easily seats 10 or more! Even the dogs will be happy! Lake vacations are the best! Come on out, we look forward to having you stay at the Cozy Cove on Cedar Creek.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission
* This property sleeps 10 people!!! If we determine you have more than 10 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.
* Must be 25 years old to reserve home
* City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
* Please park in driveway under carport at all times, or in gravel driveway on side of property
* Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
