Inside, the open-concept living and dining spaces are framed by clean lines and filled with natural light, setting the stage for connection and comfort. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances makes dining in a joy, while the living room’s oversized Smart TV and plush seating invite evenings of relaxation. Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer private sanctuaries, including two king suites and a queen suite, each with spa-like en-suites, premium linens, and Smart TVs to ensure every guest feels indulged.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

This property is not a good fit for children. Only children 16 and over accompanying a parent or guardian are allowed. This is designed as an adults - only space. If children are found present you may face removal from the property without a refund.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the property for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other surveillance equipment or recording devices are present on the premises.

The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not permitted at this property. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged and you may face removal from the property without a refund.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
