Youâve come to the Right Place!
Come enjoy the convenient location in this well-planned private unit while in Saint John! On bus-route with off-street parking.
With everything you need in this cute and cozy newly-renovated 1-bedroom apartment, enjoy the mini-split heat-pump for cool A/C in the summer and toasty warmth in the winter. The Right Place features full kitchen, free in-unit laundry and off-street parking!
Hang your coats by the door as you enter the unit. The full kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave range-hood, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, blender plus all the pots & pans and dishes & cutleries.
Extendable dining table doubles as your workspace and provides additional seating when needed. Enjoy your favorite shows or log into your apps to stream on the 50-inch Roku TV. Sofa bed in the living space provides additional sleeping opportunities for 2.
Enjoy restful sleep in the comfortable queen bed with black-out blinds. Cosy moon chair, closet, dresser, and laundry (detergent and dryer balls provided!) in your bedroom. Our pop-up bedside table with rollers doubles as a side or coffee table.
In your private bathroom, enjoy a refreshing shower with the extra-wide Delta In2ition Two-in-One Shower head featuring a detachable hand shower, a Pause setting to keep warmth and multiple spray settings. There is also a heated fog-free mirror with LED lighting (great for doing makeup or shaving) and a quiet exhaust fan. Details like laundry hamper, wastebasket with lid, towel rack above the heater for warm towels provide extra comfort and convenience. Over-toilet shelves provide much extra storage space. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion are all provided for use. Hairdryer is tucked away on the vanity closet door with extra toilet paper in the cupboard. Cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner and mop set are also available in the unit.
The Right Place is located in Glen Falls on a bus route and minutes away from many restaurants, shops, Walmart, Costco, Cineplex and the biggest mall in town, McAllister Mall.
Weâre less than 10 min drive away from Uptown SJ, the Refinery, Riverside Country Club, Saint Josephâs Hospital, Saint John Regional Hospital, UNBSJ and NBCC. Irving Nature Park and Saint John Airport are only 15 minutes away!
Your private parking spot is by the red cones at the beginning of the driveway.
Long term tenants live in the left unit and the rest of the driveway provides parking space for them. Please be kind and respectful to the neighborhood. Enjoy your stay!
