*No parties/ gatherings/ pets.
*Zero tolerance of drugs policy - any guests who breach this rule will receive an instant $250 penalty fee.
*No smoking or heavy drinking at the property.
*Strict noise control policy - after 10pm (including music) a $250 call out fee will be charged if there are any issues.
*Property facilities are for paying guests only. Visitors are only permitted during non quiet hours.
