This spacious two-storey, six-bedroom red brick home offers panoramic views of the hills and tranquil creek below. With generous living and dining areas, it's the perfect spot for groups to unwind, reconnect, and recharge in total privacy. Whether it’s a weekend with friends or a quiet escape into nature, The LostPlot delivers peace, space, and unforgettable vibes.
Upstairs Master ensuite has a large double headed shower with matching double vanity. There is also a second toilet and vanity upstairs. Upstairs you will also find a large Family room that has an in-built bar and walks out onto a generous balcony with picturesque views, and stairs to access the landscaped lawns.
Downstairs features a family bathroom, separate toilet with vanity, and a full laundry with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher — everything you need for group meals.
The spacious games room includes a pool table, darts, poker table, table tennis, extra seating, couches, and a second fridge for all your drinks and snacks.
Step outside to sweeping views over a large dam and meet the friendly alpacas and farm animals that share the land — a unique countryside bonus.

For the safety and well-being of all residents and the preservation of the property. Parties can lead to disturbances, damages, and potential liability issues.
The following are strictly prohibited at this property:
• Hens/bucks parties, celebrations, functions of any kind or events.
• Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level and respect the peaceful enjoyment of the property by other residents and neighbours. Anti-social behavior will not be tolerated.
• Guests must follow all local laws, including those regarding noise levels after 11pm, occupancy limits, and alcohol consumption. Guests and members of the guest’s party (but no one else) may occupy the property for holiday purposes only. The Guest must declare the correct number of guests during booking.
• Smoking including vaping, is not permitted in any indoor area of the
property.
• Use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.
• Our Any damage, theft or loss caused to the property, including but not limited to broken furniture, stains, or other damages, will be the responsibility of the guest and charged accordingly.
• This property has a "no pets" rule, it means that guests are not allowed to have pets on the premises. This can include dogs, cats, birds, and other types of animals. It is important for guests to respect the rules set by Magain Real Estate, as violating a "no pets" policy could result in immediate eviction.
Any violation of this of the property Terms & Conditions will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and eviction from the property. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for your fellow residents.

Upon enquiring to stay at this property, we ask that you read the below terms and conditions to ensure that this property is suitable for you.
No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.
We kindly request that there be no parties held on the premises at any time. This includes, but is not limited to hens/bucks parties, celebrations, functions of any kind or events.
Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of all residents and the preservation of the property. Parties can lead to disturbances, damages, and potential liability issues.
• Please abide by all signage both in and surrounding the property
• Please do not feed livestock
• Please be mindful of all waterways within the property’s surroundings
• Park all vehicles on concreted surfaces provided (do not park on lawn)
• Please ensure gate is closed with chain upon your departure
• Please place all waste in garbage bins provided, allocate correct garbage
to correct bin
• Please empty dishwasher/wash all dishes used throughout your stay
• Please clean coffee machine if used upon departure
• Please do not cut any trees or bushes within the surroundings for use as
firewood
• Please lock all doors upon your departure and ensure keys are placed
back in key box
• Please strip Linen, ONLY pillowcases and sheets off beds and leave in
rooms. Quilt covers and mattress protectors to stay on beds.
• Please the BBQ to a respectable level, to not be charged an extra
cleaning fee
• Please do not enter or tamper with any doors that have signage advising
no access
• Please respect all fenced areas and do not enter any part of the house
you have not been provided access to, i.e. All the paddocks surrounding
the house
• Do not enter any sheds, or storage areas within the property to avoid
any risk to yourselves and your guests
• Do not swim in the dam
• Please use all amenities provided with respect and responsibility
• Outdoor firepit not to be used during fire ban season, November –
March.
Please note:
Parties, gatherings (exceeding the amount of approved guests) are strictly prohibited.
If evidence of any such event is found after your stay there will be a mandatory cleaning fee of $1000.00.
Gatherings within your approved guests are welcome, however a thorough clean up of the property and its surrounds must be conducted prior to your departure.
