Originally built in the 1930s, this classic wooden bungalow blends timeless character with relaxed comfort. Inside, a warm, easygoing layout create an inviting atmosphere. Step outside to enjoy a fully fenced section featuring a sun-drenched, partially enclosed veranda, seasonal gardens, generous off-street parking, and a vinyl-lined in-ground pool - perfect for cooling off on a sunny Nelson day.
Ideal for families, couples, or professionals, the home offers a private and well-positioned base in central Nelson. Swimming Pool Use - Use of the swimming pool is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations and the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.
