Stepping into this executive apartment, you’ll be instantly wowed by its views, which stretch over the Brisbane River. In the heart of the CBD, it combines a coveted address with excellent communal facilities, including an outdoor lap pool, a full gym, lounge spaces, and a garden deck for a quiet piece of the outdoors. The apartment has contemporary interiors, resort-style amenities, and convenient features, which makes it the perfect choice for both short and long stays. For your comfort, there’s ducted air conditioning throughout.

The apartment spans two levels, allowing for plenty of space and comfort. The open plan living area on the lower level features a lounge area with a comfortable leather sofa and chairs to unwind and relax whilst watching your favourite shows on the 55” smart TV. There’s also a large dining table, perfect for enjoying meals at home, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. The enclosed balcony creates a semi-alfresco space where you can relax and soak in the picturesque views.

Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms that are designed to provide a restful haven. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, mirrored built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans for a comfortable night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts its own private ensuite bathroom, large TV and balcony, while the second bedroom offers a dedicated workspace, ideal for those who need to work remotely. There is also a main bathroom with a bathtub for your convenience. Each bathroom is thoughtfully presented with complimentary toiletries. A powder room on the lower level adds to your everyday convenience, and the apartment is equipped with internal laundry facilities.

To ensure your peace of mind, secure undercover parking is provided for one car as well.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Additionally, you can enjoy the resort-style amenities including an outdoor pool, heated spa, BBQ area with tables & chairs, a gym with the latest equipment, lounge spaces with a pool table and the recently renovated Sky Lounge on the 36th floor with amazing views including a boardroom for business travellers.

Toiletries—
For your comfort, we provide a starter pack of basic toiletries. These include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in 30ml bottles, as well as a bar of body soap. We also provide a 30ml dishwashing/dishwasher detergent and a 40g washing machine laundry liquid for your convenience.

The city centre boasts spectacular water views, buzzing laneways and a notable dining scene. You'll be right opposite the Kurilpa Walking Bridge where you can enjoy a panoramic crossover across Brisbane River towards the Gallery of Modern Art and Southbank.

On the city side of the river, you'll find a plethora of attractions and amenities just a short stroll away. Explore the Queen Street shopping mall, browse through markets on certain days, try your luck at the casino, and indulge in a variety of dining and entertainment options. The convenience of transportation options all within walking distance including trains, buses, and ferries, ensures easy access if you wish to explore further afield.
Cross over to the opposite side of the river via the Kurilpa walking bridge, conveniently located right outside our building.
This bridge provides seamless access to a treasure trove of cultural delights.

Immerse yourself in art and history with visits to art galleries and museums. Enjoy world-class performances at the nearby performing arts theatres or attend conferences at the convention centre. For a leisurely experience, stroll through the picturesque Southbank parklands, where you'll find a sprawling man-made beach and a multitude of spaces to relax, swim, and play. Indulge in the diverse dining options available, catering to all tastes and cravings.

If you're lucky enough to have tickets to a concert or your favourite sporting event, you're in luck! Suncorp Stadium is just a pleasant 15-minute walk away, ensuring you're perfectly positioned to make the most of your experience.
Roma Street Parklands are also a short stroll away. It’s an oasis of designer gardens and sprawling lawns that wind around 16 hectares of stunning parkland.

For your convenience, there’s a Woolworths metro supermarket at the end of our street.
