Make use of a shared gym and pool or soak up elevated views with a sunset wine on the private balcony.
This contemporary stay features an inviting, open-plan layout that extends to a private balcony, creating a feeling of spaciousness and providing a welcoming base to unwind after a day of work or sightseeing. Youâll find a sofa and armchair to settle in with your favourite Netflix series, while split system air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort.
A modern kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a four-seater table for when youâre not sampling the local dining scene. Eat inside or slide open the glass doors and savour your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon glass of wine alfresco while taking in sweeping views overlooking Brisbane.
Two light and airy bedrooms are each appointed with a queen-size bed, side tables and reading lamps, while the primary bedroom also features a walk-in robe leading to a pristine ensuite. Both the ensuite and bathroom are immaculately appointed with a shower, modern vanity, mirror and complimentary toiletries, while the bathroom also features a bathtub.
Added conveniences include WiFi and a dedicated workspace, a washing machine and parking for two cars. You can also take advantage of the buildingâs shared gym, BBQ area and pool during your stay.

The West End Farmersâ Markets are held on Saturday mornings at Davies Park, a five-minute walk from your stay, offering food and coffee, fresh produce, handcrafted gifts and live music â keep an eye out for striking street art murals along Montague Rd on the way. The dining and shopping precinct West Village is within a 15-minute walk, with the restaurants of nearby Boundary St boasting a diverse range of cuisines.
