Please note that there is no AC in the unit. A fan is provided to help with air circulation during warmer days.
Entry is through the back door of the building. No key is provided, and there are no buzzers in the building.
The entrance is located on the west side of the building, separate from the main entrance.
Shared laundry facilities are available on the main floor of the building.
Parking is not included with this reservation.
Paid parking is available in the back alley on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that the building is older and may show signs of wear, such as water stains on the ceiling, marks on the walls, or minor scuffs and imperfections throughout the space. That said, the unit is kept clean, comfortable, and fully functional for your stay.
