Sea Links Villa - Ideal Coastal Getaway is your luxury three bedroom two bathroom villa stay. A perfect base to enjoy everything Bridport and the surrounding areas have to offer.
This 2025, newly constructed villa, features all the modern conveniences that you could want and more!
The generous undercover outdoor BBQ area captures panoramic water views and an enticing outlook towards Barnbougle golf course.
The villa features a well-equipped chef's kitchen with premium appliances, including a pyrolytic self-cleaning oven, induction stovetop and dishwasher and coffee machine. Plus there's a spacious walk in pantry!
The upstairs open plan kitchen, dining & living spaces extend to the BBQ entertaining deck, which capture stunning Bass Strait and Bird River. It's the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy your morning cuppa or end of day sundowners.
Upstairs you have three generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with full laundry facilities. The main bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a second smart tv, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, with ample wardrobe storage. Whilst the third bedroom has two king single beds, as well as ample wardrobe storage.
The second bathroom provides has a walk-in shower and luxurious full-size bathtub.
Downstairs is a lockable storeroom, which is a perfect spot to secure golf clubs, beach gear or mountain bikes.
There's onsite free parking under the villa for two vehicles. You can only park in these designated parking bays.
The world class Barnbougle Lost Farm Golf Resort and Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links courses are a short 10 minute drive from the villa. In no time, you'll be teeing off and enjoying these outstanding golf courses. Set amongst a truly breathtaking back drop, you can enjoy a round of golf, then return home to relax in this very comfortable home.
A short walk will take you to cosy cafes, shops, restaurants and glorious beaches. If you prefer a drive, in 18 minutes you can be unwinding at one of the local vineyards, such as Pipers Brook Janz and our personal favourite, Clover Hill.
For nature lovers, there is an array of bush trails and spectacular beaches around Bridport to explore, And let's not forget the vibrant hub of Derby and The Blue Derby mountain bike trails about 40 minutes away.
The seaside town of Bridport is approx. 85km North-East of Launceston and approx. 280km North of Hobart.
