73 PALMS is located on Von Phister Street, in a quiet residential area of Midtown, less than a half mile from Higgs Beach, where you can lay on the beach, dine at Salute! or jog with your dog to the Dog Park. Plenty of parking is available for any number of vehicles, mopeds, and bicycles. Best of all, youâre just a few blocks from Old Town and all its attractions.

** Master Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
** Second Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, direct access to the front balcony, and access to the shared bathroom in the hall with a shower and tub combo.
** Third Bedroom: Located on the Second Floor with a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, direct access to the front balcony, and access to the shared bathroom in the hall with a shower and tub combo.
