SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTSâŠ
Find a plush queen primary suite up the stairs equipped with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination with a private balcony surrounded by vibrant vegetation. The 3rd floor comes with a 2nd queen guest room with a TV and en suite bathroom with a shower. A sofa sleeper resides in the living room with convenience to a powder room off the kitchen.
OUTDOOR LIVINGâŠ
Enjoy your very own slice of Paradise on your private deck and patio as your grill up your fresh catch over Happy Hour. Cool off in the Foundry community pool equipped with plenty of loungers. A parking spot is available to you to make coming and going a breeze! No trailers, boats, jet skis or motor homes are allowed. No vehicle length over 18â long, including trailer hitches, or 80â wide is allowed on property.

For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:

This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum) as of Dec 23, 2025. We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
