Modern apartment in a prime Docklands location. Situated on Bourke Street, this stay places you in the heart of Melbourneâs vibrant waterfront â steps from harbour strolls, cafes, and Marvel Stadium. With the Free Tram Zone just outside getting around the city is effortless. Whether you`re here for business, leisure, or a bit of both, this modern Docklands base offers the ideal mix of convenience and comfort.
A modern, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, and the balcony.
Guest access are at the front entrance door on Bourke street.
There is also an access from car park entrance to the building on Import Lane.
We are fully contactable before, during and after your stay should you have any questions. Other than that, we will respect your privacy.

Enjoy morning walks along the scenic Docklands promenade, just steps away from Victoria Harbour. Youâll find an array of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores right downstairs or around the corner. Marvel Stadium is a short distance away â perfect for catching a game or concert. With free city trams at your doorstep and Southern Cross Station nearby, the location offers effortless access to the CBD and beyond.
The apartment is perfectly connected for exploring Melbourne. Free city trams run right along Bourke Street, making it easy to get around the CBD and Docklands. Southern Cross Station is within walking distance, offering access to trains, SkyBus to the airport, and regional travel. A secure on-site parking space is also included if you`re driving.
To comply with building rules, local and state laws and, our insurance requirements:
- No smoking is permitted in the house.
- Never flick cigarettes or throw rubbish in the balcony.
- No noise after 10pm.
- Strictly no parties allowed.
We would also greatly appreciate it if you keep shoes off in the apartment to ensure that our carpets remain soft, plush and clean for everyoneâs enjoyment. Please note: The master bedroom features a king bed, which can be split into two single beds upon request. A $100 fee applies for this service.
