En vÀn kallade vÄr "lilla bit av himlen" efter en avkopplande semester pÄ vÄr Beachfront Townhome, och vi kunde inte hÄlla med mer. KÀnslan av lugn och avkoppling som bara Àr en naturlig del av omrÄdet belyser kÀnslan av att vara verkligen pÄ semester. Promenera lÀngs den vita sandstranden, lÄt det varma vattnet i viken kittla tÄrna och andas lÀtt. Du kan se delfiner som trolla precis vid stranden, eller pelikaner och mÄsar som svÀnger över huvudet. Koppla av pÄ dÀck pÄ kvÀllen och titta pÄ en underbar solnedgÄng. Somna till ljudet av vÄgor som bryter pÄ stranden. Det Àr dÀrför du kom till stranden!

Du kan njuta av allt detta Àr vÄr bekvÀma, vÀlutrustade strandstad. Vardagsrummet / matsalen Àr snyggt inredda och har en mysig miljö komplett med HD-TV för din underhÄllning. Köket erbjuder allt du behöver för matlagning, allt! Eller gÄ ut för att prova en av de mÄnga, mÄnga fantastiska restaurangerna i stÀderna lÀngs 30A; alla rÀtter du gillar, eller vill prova, finns dÀr ute. Du hittar allt frÄn god mat till avslappnad biljett till trottoaren Airstream matbilar - och det Àr allt bra! I det hÀr omrÄdet finns mÄnga olika aktiviteter: cykling, fiske, kajakpaddling, paddling, utforska naturstigar, golf, shopping, sightseeing. Du kan vara sÄ upptagen eller lat som du vill. Sedan, efter att du har valt en aktiv eller avslappnad dag, kan du sova och drömma om morgondagen. Huset har tvÄ sovrum och sover sex; tvÄ fulla och en halv bad. Det finns HD-TV-apparater i varje sovrum. Det finns ett stort dÀck utanför vardagsrummet och en balkong utanför sovrummet. En carport under huset har ett tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek endast för anvÀndning av denna enhet. I tvÀttstugan hittar du strandstolar, parasoller och strandleksaker. SÀngklÀder, handdukar och kökshanddukar ingÄr. Ta bara med dina badhanddukar. SÄ börja packa !!

Outstanding Vacation Location.....!

We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return - again and again. Absolutely spectacular location. Everything you need for fun and relaxation is on hand or nearby.

Perfect Location!

We were maybe 50 yards to the beach, and a short bike ride to restaurants/bars/shops/etc. The property is a bit dated, but we hardly stayed inside and were either on the beach or out and about all day. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

Great location. Great communication. Overall a great stay. We had an excellent time at the public beach that is about 50 yards away. Town was great and had easy access to everything we needed. Townhouse was excellent with great view and very good internet. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING LOCATION AND TOWNHOUSE

This was our family's first trip to 30A and we will definitely be returning. Peggy was an amazon host and the townhouse was just as presented. It is so close to the beach and the view was amazing. Our daughter with a physical disability had no issues going up and down the stairs.

A Piece of Heaven

Last time we came to Seagrove was 9 years ago, enjoyed our stay. Our family had a 1 year old, loved the blackout curtains in second bedroom. Location is extremely close to the beach. Dune restoration in progress so we had to use the entrance on the right. Loved opening the doors to the sound and smell of the ocean each morning.

Wow!

The condo really lived up to it description and was the perfect location for our Florida vacation. The view from the living room and master bedroom was exactly as pictured. The condo really was only steps from the beach. The place was clean and well maintained. The owners were helpful and graciously allowed us to bring our dog along for the trip. I have already recommended the place to several co-workers and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Santa Rosa Beach area. Try Angelina's Pizza and Pasta and stop in at Seagrove Village Market for a shrimp Po Boy.

2 Adults and 2 Teenage girls on Spring Break

There's a lot to like, the ocean views from 2 balconies, a well stocked kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious bedrooms, and best of all...it's pet-friendly. The condo is very well maintained and clean! The easy beach access made for lots of walks on the beach. I would absolutely rent again. I think the unit location is a bit more secluded, and because of this, displays more natural beauty than some of the surrounding areas. There are some signs of wear and tear (such as the steps to enter the unit), but overall a great value for the cost. And the property manager made everything, absolutely everything, simple - we really appreciated that! The 30A area is a Florida treasure worth visiting.

Will miss the beautiful view!

This is the first time in this area, and during spring break. Um, too many teenagers out loose on bikes and golf carts! You could walk faster than drive anywhere.😂 With that said, we loved the location because it was further south of the crowds and so close to the beach! Very family friendly area, fun but not a party destination which was nice for us. The town-home was perfect for our needs with quick responses from both the owner when I had questions as well as the property manager when I had more questions. Everything you need right there in the home, and add the beautiful beach so close making it a great place to spend our spring break. Thank you!

You should stay here!

This was a great place to stay. The pictures do not truly show how close the beach is to the home. There was a previous review that mentioned having to cross a road to get to the beach. If by road they mean paved then yes it is a road, but it is not a road that is traveled all of the time. It's more like a driveway to other properties. Peggy was great to deal with and we received our security deposit back very promptly. There were so many chairs and beach toys to choose from that are kept for the renters use. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. My back is very picky when it comes to beds so it was great that it didn't hurt the whole week. Would probably make this a yearly trip if we didn't live so far away.

Location!

This unit was situated perfectly between Seaside and Seacrest. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery, ice cream etc. So nice to just walk out to the beach. Townhome came with great beach chairs and some toys for our 5 year old to play with. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for basic lunches. Owner was very responsive to things that came up or questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others!

The Perfect Getaway

We loved this property! Perfect location for the views and making that daily trek to the beach. Unit was clean, decorated very nicely and had plenty of room for our family. Would definitely return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Great condo with fantastic view

My family has been staying at Seagrove Beach for a number of years. We prefer Seagrove Beach because it is not in the middle of the hustle at Seaside or Rosemary Beach, but just in between, and is easily accessible to both areas without the traffic or noise, and is certainly more wallet-friendly. The trick is finding a really nice place that has a great view and access to the beach. This two-bedroom condo does just that; it is in a really great spot with access to and a view of the beach. This beach isn’t as busy as the other ones in the area, a welcome bonus for sure. The master bedroom, on the second floor, has an ocean and beach view with a small patio and some chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze in the morning. Mattress was super comfy too! The downstairs level is spacious and open, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room flowing beautifully together and offering a fantastic view of the beach. The deck complements it all, adding another welcome bonus. I wish the beach umbrella was a little nicer, but it was still much easier not having to bring our own across the country. Parking is actually fantastic; it is below the unit, covered, and our car stayed nice and cool the entire time. For our family of four people, there is plenty of room, lots of access, and it is so convenient to be this close to the beach - absolutely lovely. We were really impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was; the owners even made sure that spices were available :) have a good time!

After searching through many beach towns on the East Coast, we came to Seagrove Beach and fell in love with the sugar white sand and emerald green water. We just knew this was the place where we wanted to have a beach house. After growing up spending vacations playing in the rough Atlantic Ocean, we now are faithful fans of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with its many moods and sparkling emerald colored water!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This townhome offered everything we needed in terms of space, comfort and location. The beach here was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen, and we still feel that way years later!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

To be able to see the beach and Gulf from the living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom is a plus. We never tire of that amazing view and the big, wide deck from the living room and balcony from master bedroom are both great places to take in the beauty. Never having to drive to the beach, just walk to the access path near the eastern end of our complex just can't be beat!
