Perfect slow paced location with the best ocean views. Close enough driving to the cutest little downtown area with tons of restaurants. The beach is just steps away. The beach location is perfect.. not too busy, There is the most delicious breakfast and coffee shop within walking distance that is also a part of a cute little outdoor restaurant. The decor of the condo was perfect.. just an idyllic spot.

Expansive , unobstructed , beautiful beach view. From the interior and exterior of the townhome ,you can hear the crashing of the waves which we loved. It is indeed only about a minute walk to the beach. Place is high end, comfortably furnished. Great location only minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach so there are many shops and eateries at your fingertips plus Seagrove has its own commercial settings. Great Stay

It was our first time staying in 30A and we'll definitely be back. We loved the location! We rented bikes for the week and rode every morning thru the neighborhood and to the state park that was close by. Being close to the public beach was a plus!

Beautiful stay in paradise

The townhome was lovely and in a perfect location on the ocean front. The view was spectacular. The home was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. I highly recommend staying here in Seagrove Beach.

A must stay!

Our little family of 3 had a great stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. It was so nice to be steps away from the beach as well as the beautiful view with the sound of the ocean from the house.
