Stylish and spacious corner unit on the second floor. Screened balcony with a wonderful water view. Amazing water view from the living room as well. King bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. New 65" smart Roku TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances and new bathroom fixtures.

Love beaches? 1-minute walk from your unit to Paradise! Anna Maria Island has some of the best white-sand beaches in the world, crystal-clear water and breathtaking sunsets.
Enjoy wildlife? Watch Florida birds from your lanai balcony. Dolphin and manatee watching on Ana Maria island and along Manatee River in Bradenton. Great parks nearby such as Robinson Preserve and Emerson Point Preserve.
Like spending time by the pool? Only a few steps from your unit to the biggest heated pool on the island. You can see the pool from your front porch.
