Our cozy & lovingly maintained family cottage on Beautiful Bay Lake has you covered. This very well equipped 4 season home (built in 2017) has all the luxury you need while enjoying the rustic features of Muskoka.
Expansive new dock system with 20x24 entertaining dock to watch sun rise and set with fantastic Southern/Westerly views.
Brand New 4 Person - wood fired Sauna.
Six Authentic Muskoka chairs to relax in and watch the day go by.

Bay Lake is very clean and clear lake to swim boat and fish.
Shallow Sandy Entry - Depth at end of the dock is approximately 36 inches.
Approximately 20 Minutes North of downtown Huntsville. 10 Minutes to Novar Grocery Store with LCBO + Gas, Smokes.
North Bay Lake Road offers amazing walks with incredible vantage points.
The main level is about as cozy as it gets - coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evening overlooking the lake form the Muskoka Room will be your favourite place.
Family owned, sparingly rented to nice people and family used. We have a 6 -person limit and we really expect any and all rentals to be respectful of our neighbours. This would be considered a quiet retreat rental. Fun, music allowed but appropriate levels.

Bay Lake is a clean, clean & calm lake close to Everything Muskoka has to offer.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
New Build in 2017. Fully finished and landscaped. Impressive docks. Views from every floor and every bedroom. Close to Waters edge for outstanding views and cottage feeling. Cottage but not really a cottage - no compromises. The 4 season Muskoka room and the 3 season Muskoka room under it are our favourite places to hang.
