Beautiful home and easy check in. Great fast communication. This is the most well stocked kitchen of any property we’ve stayed in. It has everything you need. Little bit of a hike to the beach. It would’ve been nice to access the beach entrance at the end of the street instead of having to walk further down. This was our only complaint. We would suggest this home to people and stay here again if we’re in the area! Thank you!

Our stay was great. The ground floor bedroom was great for my 89 yrs old mother that travels with us each yrar for the pass 10 years.

Communication was ok through Arbor. Would rather deal through homeowner. Kids feet were black from walking around barefoot. We went and bought swiffer and cleaned the floors a couple times due to this. A couple cosmetic issues such as pantry hand falling off but nothing not expected as it is a rental. Overall good stay and people at community pool were friendly.

Great stay!

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. Loved that there was a bathroom for each room and the open concept of the kitchen and living room. We will definitely keep this place on our list of vacation rentals!

Davis Destin Trip

Great stay, lots of family and friends stayed and we all had a great time. Local food and bars were great. Shopping was fun and grocery stores made things easy. House amenities were nice.

The house was perfect and very clean. It housed all 14 of our family members perfectly. The owners were fantastic and very helpful and extremely responsive for questions that we had. It is close to the beach and plenty of attractions. I would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miramar

The house was clean and exactly as advertised. It was more that adequate for me and my family. There were even some beach toys and games there for the kids to enjoy. The host was very responsive to inquiries. The check-in information was sent well in advance and very accurate. The only thing I would state is that there are steps once you enter the gate to go to the beach. Therefore, if you have a wagon full of beach supplies, etc. be prepared to have assistance to get down to the beach. There are about 10 to 15 steps to get down to the beach. Other than that, the information was accurate and clear. The location was good and family trip was a success. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Perfect!!

We had 15 people in our group, stayed for a family vacation. The house was great, location was great (about a 7 minute walk from the beach, so we got our steps in which we enjoyed). It was very clean, we felt right at home! The beach was pretty crowded, as to be expected for early June! We made sweet memories and would definitely book this house again!

Family of 12, so much room. Beautiful and clean in a perfect location. Owners are awesome and you can reach them instantly! We had an amazing stay and made precious memories to last a lifetime! Thank you!!!

Would DEFINITELY go back!

Amazing property and property team. Chris was awesome to work with accommodated us checking in early after cleaning was done with no extra charge. The property was extremely clean and well kept. Tons of space and sleeping arrangements worked well as each bedroom had a bathroom. Within walking distance of shopping, beach, etc. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Excellent property

The open floor plan of the house is very spacious. Having a private bath for each of the 5 bedrooms was very convenient. House is in a great location for beach access. The house was also very clean with high end appliances. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could need and then some. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Perfect spot for wedding reception

We had 11 adults stay comfortably and about 18 more friends over a small reception. Beautiful home. We grilled some fish. The owner was readily available. The only suggestion is tell people coming over to Uber or Lyft. Not a lot of parking. Also, rent a golf cart. Much easier to get around Miramar. We all loved the house.

We were first generation of our family and 2 grandchildren. Boys. We all enjoyed your house.There were ants on the front and back and front porch. Made sitting out there worrisome. Other than that all was fine.

Overall, we had a good experience. There are a couple things in the listing that are not explained well. The beach access is way more than 500 yds. There is a gate at the end of the street, but it is not the one you are allowed to use. You have to walk an extra block west to access the beach. Also, we never found the pool. There is another pool in neighborhood but it wasn't the correct one. Overall the house was clean and very spacious. It was great for our large group. The only issues we had were in the kitchen. The ice make doesn't work properly, the sink was clogged several times for no reason, and there isn't enough flatware. Not having enough forks and spoons is kind of silly.

Beautiful home and great location

Me and my family had a great time hanging out at the beach house in Destin. It’s in a great location that is walking distance to the beach. The property owner was great with communicating and answering questions. The only thing I did not like is the parking which is limited. Since we had cars coming and going I parked my car at the pool while we were there and left it at the pool during pool hours for not very long and the security supervisor guy had my car towed saying it was abandoned. He was somewhat hostile and rude when we asked him to explain why we were towed during pool hours with our kids coming and going to the pool all day. It put a damper on the end of our vacation but we still had a good time. Just beware of the toy cop security guard that harasses the visitors.

Absolutely great!

This house was perfect for our group, we were a group of friends with our little families had a few kids 5-7 yr old, and the rest adults, we all fit so comfortably it was like it was made for us. Every bedroom had a private bath which was perfect for the privacy of each little family and allowed us all to be comfortable and not have to wait on others just to get a shower in! The beach is walking distance and the wagon was so useful to help get our things there, we actually brought one of our own wagons as well so we had one for the beach needs (extra chairs, bags, toys, floats, etc) and one for the kiddos to ride in so that worked out real well!! Kitchen was one of my favorite spaces, we cooked a couple dinners the nights we didn’t go out and it was really spacious, had everything we needed for cooking, and was nice and open for us all to interact together and dine together. Owner was responsive, always kind and helpful! ABSOLUTELY recommend this house we will definitely be back again.

Our stay was a great family trip! The layout was great and the kitchen was stocked pretty well! Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a plus! We appreciated having a pool since the ocean was closed for 3 of our days due to a double red flag. Unfortunately our beach doesn’t allow tents but at least we brought umbrellas also, so that helped! We ended up getting a golf cart from Mike at EMCO Golf Cart Rentals, he was great to work with!! We had a few issues with the house but Chris handled them right away. Chris was great and on top of it…he was VERY HELPFUL! Another fantastic family trip, thanks!!

Varför värden valde detta boende

I like this property because it is new construction in a great location. Its a 4 minute walk to the beach within a gated community, with access to a pool, so you get a great location with great amenities and not paying Club Membership, so I am able to offer lower prices than others in the surrounding areas. The property is 5 miles from Destin and all the shops, but your still able to detach from the high activity areas and rejuvenate. It has a 3000 sqft with all the latest finishings. I love it and I hope you do as well.

Walk to beach, cook at home, walk to eat, walk to shopping, but far enough to not hear traffic. Very clean, better than home.
