My family came to the Santa Rosa Beach area for our first beach trip. This house was perfect for us. Our grandchild loves the bunk roomand all of the toys that were furnished. The beach was a very short walk and the house was in the perfect spot to travel to see other areas along the coast. We are planning our trip for next year!

We had a wonderful trip. The house is plenty big. Best stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever been in. And the private beach access was awesome, especially over a holiday weekend. And Stinky fish camp was a simple walk with excellent food! Walmart is 2.5 miles away and made grocery pick up easy.

Absolutely loved our stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, and the house was spotless. Perfect for families… very kid-friendly with tons of pool toys and beach chairs ready to go. Just a short walk to the beach, and the host was very responsive. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

This house was amazing!!! Pool area was so nice to utilize in the evening while grilling supper!!! We traveled with 6 adults and a four year old and a nine month old and had several extra beds!!! The kids room was so fun!!!! They had a lot of baby items that really came in handy!!! They also had a ton of beach items we were able to use!!! We can’t wait to go again!!!

This was a perfect set up for our family of 11 adults and three kids. The bunk room even worked out perfectly for four adults, and all other rooms gave us plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. The house was clean, the pool was perfect for our kids and family to enjoy. The host was great to work with , and very responsive to a few minor concerns we had. The location was perfect - only five minute walk to a quiet beach away from crowds, and you are only a five minute drive to the store. We had an amazing week and would definitely book this location again.

Fantastic House for all AGES

This 3 level house was the perfect oasis for our family vacation this year! The bottom floor was perfect for our littles, the boat/ship bunkers were a HIT. 10/10 recommend this place anyone looking to vacation at Santa Rosa Beach!

Beautiful, well-equipped home for our group of 13. The pool was the perfect size for us, especially with the 5 boys ages 6-9. That bunk room for the kids was a huge hit! The entire home was nicely appointed - bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen (counter space, appliances, dishes, utensils, pots and pans), great gathering space for watching the World Cup, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture too! We were able to park 4 vehicles in the driveway without blocking each other. The walk to the beach was good, but there are several steps (up and down) to access the beach, so if you take a few wagons like we did, you will need to lift them over the steps. We would definitely recommend this property!

We loved the location and the layout of this Beach House; and especially, the proximity to the beach. The Bunk Room was absolutely perfect for our multi-gen family with college age kids. There are a few updates needed, but overall, this was a great property!

Spacing of bedrooms in house gave each of us privacy. Walk to beach access was brief and easy. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Family Trip

The house was great for a large family trip. Our three year old really enjoyed the pirate ship bed set up and it was a quick easy walk to the beach. The heated pool option was also a nice touch since it wasn’t warm enough to swim in the ocean.

Awesome get away!

House was very well kept! Lots of accommodations for small ones (pack and play, high chair). The kids room was amazing and our family loved it for movie nights and play time! Beach was a short walk away!

Excellent stay!

This property was perfect for our getaway. Very clean, extremely well stocked. Lots of baby and kid gear as well as beach gear. The host had excellent communication and was prompt to attend to any issue we had. Thanks for the great vacation!

This house worked well for our group of 12. 8 adults and 4 kids. Our kids LOVED the bunk room and all the toys and games provided. The heated pool was well worth the money. I will note that when the nights got cold it did take a bit for the pool to heat back up. The host was very quick to respond to any issues we had. We liked this location as it was less busy than when we ventured closer to Seaside. Next time we would rent E bikes and explore further down 30A without having to drive.

Family Vacation

We love this house. Perfect for my 5 grandchildren and 6 adults. Location was perfect. We walked to the beach and to Stinky Fish Camp both for dinner and nighttime entertainment . The house had everything we needed and so clean! Questions to the owner were answered immediately.

Great place, walk to beach with ocean view.

Really clean place extremely versatile, accommodated all of our needs. They have plenty of space to sleep up to 20 people even doh it says sleeps 12. Walking distance from the beach(5mins) really clean area walking distance from restaurants. Beach access has golf cart and car parking also restrooms and showers. Great place top floor has ocean view. Will book again for sure.
