Located on the grounds of Waiheke Island's Kennedy Point vineyard, Kennedy Point Vineyard Estate is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing retreat with spectacular views of the sea.
The Space:
The Estate comprises two properties. The guest house offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodating up to six guests. The comfortable open plan kitchen/living/dining area with wood burning fire opens on to the patio area with outdoor seating and BBQ. Relax with friends and family on the deck at Kennedy Point Guest House or enjoy the many Waiheke Island attractions all within easy reach of this lovely home.

Kitchen/living with large glass windows to maximises views and light
Well equipped kitchen with large centre island and dining table seating 8 plus
Indoor and outdoor fire places for year round enjoyment
Outdoor living/entertaining area with BBQ, fire and pizza oven
Exceptional bedrooms with luxury linens provide ultimate sleeping comfort
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms
Stroll down the hill to the tasting room or wander the grounds of Kennedy Point vineyard

Located in a vineyard close to the car ferry terminal and a short drive from some spectacular beaches.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
